⫸ Returns Policy

The absolute last thing I would want is for someone to own a piece of my art who is not 100% happy with it. For this reason, I am more than happy to accept returns for unused, undamaged items that you are not completely satisfied with. 

• Returns are accepted for unused, undamaged items

• Please contact me within 14 days of delivery to arrange returns, and return the item(s) back to me within 30 days of delivery

• Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

• Custom or personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrived damaged. This is due to their bespoke nature.

• Once I have received your returned, undamaged item, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

In the rare event that your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact me as soon as possible, including pictures of any damage. I will then do my best to resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.
